Start-up: Nurturing your brain-child is never easy!

Oh yes, that just takes a lot of effort, committment, perseverance, determination, vision, passion, planning, hard-work etc etc. Well, many other words from dictionary could also be used to signify what it takes to make a start-up company, a success.

I found the most important words to be great idea, vision, passion, planning and hard-work. They are the most important ingredients of recipe of success for a start-up company. Assist me in adding moreterms to above list if you think them as important ingredients.
